A long time back when I moved to California, I started getting pimples. Huge and unsightly pimples. It itched so bad that I’m not sure if it were really zits.
I searched for a dermatologist and found one of the best in town. He recommended Obagi.
I remember getting about 5 different products from Obagi Nu-Derm line. Apart from these, I had to buy the tretinoin to pair with Obagi Blender. In United States, you can’t buy the tretinoin over the counter. So my dermatologist gave me a prescription to get this drug from the pharmacy. I don’t remember now how much I paid for the tretinoin but I made sure that I got the generic equivalent of this drug since brand drug cost more.
The Obagi beauty products are quite pricey. I think I paid about $300+ for these products. Mind you, this was several years ago. I’m not sure if the price has dropped or gone up. I believe you can get these products online. But back then, I wasn’t familiar with it.
Anyway, so I started using Obagi and true enough, within a week of religiously using it, my face started to clear. The pimples had dried off with no marks!! Not only that, my face got a better complexion. I was so happy that it got rid of the pimples without damage to my skin! I swear by this product and had recommended it to friends.
As I’ve said, Obagi is pricey, you should expect to spend about $300+ every three months to keep this regimen. Unfortunately for me, after using this product for a really long time, I had to begged off and switch to a cheaper product line. This product works and is definitely worth the money!
